N&N Bursary Management services was founded in year 2021 with a purpose of providing solution to Bursary providers and beneficiaries across institutions of higher learning in South Africa.

At N&N Bursary Management Services, we recognise that students need more than academics to succeed, hence our response to offer a support programme that is designed to help students transition successfully from high school through to tertiary – then to the workplace and ultimately to developing their careers.

Bursary Support Programme

Our Bursary Support Programme is geared towards enabling students to successfully complete their studies. We do this by incorporating academic, psycho-social and career development support to ensure a holistic learning and support system. Therefore N&N closes the gap in terms of how bursaries are managed by ensuring that over and above financial aid provided, developmental support is provided to all beneficiaries.

About Us

Executive Management: Akhona Ntsele

Akhona Ntsele is an admitted attorney with over 13 years of work experience most of which was gained in petrochemical multinational companies and mining companies listed on JSE and abroad. As a result, she has had opportunities of leading and managing complex themes of B-BBEE in various companies and departments. Akhona used her legal background to guide and ensure compliance with multifaceted legislation affecting companies and business units.

Most recently her passion for Education has led her to the Socio-economic development sector where she was focusing on developing and implementing the strategy for investments in Education. The last six years of Akhona’s career was spent in Scholarship Management with a specific focus on developing graduates for STEM careers. The main partner universities she worked extensively with include Wits University, UJ and Fort Hare.

Akhona was part of the core team that formed the BPSA Education Foundation and she had the privilege to articulate and implement the education and skills development strategies. The theory of change deployed was that interventions have to start at the high school level or even at lower school levels to provide access to higher education, consequently, Akhona also managed all the high school Programmes through implementing partners. This objective was fulfilled with the Foundation managing to produce ±85 graduates in 5 years, and she was the key lead in managing that process.

Student Co-ordinator: Kealeboga Sogo

Kealeboga Sogo is a highly motivated and competitive professional. Kealeboga is a young and vibrant lady from Northwest, within a small town called Zeerust under Ramotshere Moilwa miniciality. Kealeboga is working towards obtaining project management qualification with high skill of planning, execution, and completion of projects. She is highly skilled in organizing resources, setting goals, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of projects while meeting quality standards. Kealeboga have proven this in her work environment and her personal life.

Kealeboga continues to exceed all personal goals set for herself. She is a team player who quickly adapts to any change and perfectly fit within any organizational changes, she is attentive to details, Kealeboga is able to work in a fast and paced environment, possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, completes task in a timely manner under pressure and minimum with or without supervision.
